1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Inner Child Work for Black Sheep (the "Program"), operated by Nick Werber Integrative Coaching LLC.
By purchasing and participating in this Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Program Description
The Program is a 7-week educational and coaching-based experience designed to support participants in understanding and working with patterns related to family dynamics, self-blame, and identity.
The Program may include:
Live sessions
Recorded materials
Exercises and educational content
Access to Program materials may be provided through a third-party platform (such as Thinkific).
3. Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of the start of the program.
For this cohort, the refund window ends July 29th, 2026.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to: hello@nicknwerber.com
Once your request is received within the eligible period, your refund will be processed in full.
After this period, all sales are final.
4. Coaching, Not Therapy
This Program is educational and coaching-based in nature.
It is not therapy
It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions
It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment
Nick Werber and the Company are not acting as licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical providers in this context.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing
You will seek appropriate licensed care if needed
This Program is intended to support personal growth, not provide clinical treatment
If you are currently experiencing significant mental health distress, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed professional.
This Program is not appropriate for individuals currently experiencing acute mental health crisis, active suicidal ideation, or who require immediate clinical intervention. If you are unsure whether this Program is appropriate for your current situation, you are encouraged to consult with a licensed mental health professional or contact us at hello@nicknwerber.com before enrolling.
5. Your Decision to Enroll and Self-Assessment
The Program does not include a formal clinical intake or screening process. You are responsible for assessing whether this Program is appropriate for you at this time.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
You have read Section 4 and understand the Program is educational and coaching-based, not therapy or clinical treatment
To the best of your knowledge, you are not currently in active mental health crisis, experiencing active suicidal ideation, or engaged in self-harm requiring clinical intervention
If you are currently receiving therapy or psychiatric care, you have considered whether participating in this Program is appropriate alongside that care, and you have the option to discuss your participation with your therapist or provider
You are participating voluntarily and have determined, on your own assessment, that this Program is a good fit for your current circumstances
If your circumstances change during the Program in a way that affects your ability to participate safely, you agree to seek appropriate licensed support and to contact us if relevant.
6. Emotional Content and Personal Responsibility
The Program explores material related to family dynamics, identity, and patterns formed in early life. Participants may experience difficult emotions, memories, or reactions during or after the Program. This is a normal part of working with this kind of material.
By participating, you accept full responsibility for:
Your decisions
Your actions
Your interpretations of the material
Your responses to the content and to your own internal experience
You agree that results are not guaranteed, and outcomes will vary based on individual participation and circumstances.
7. Confidentiality Considerations
If the Program includes group participation, you agree to:
Engage respectfully with other participants
Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences within the group
Not share other participants' personal stories or identities outside the Program
Please note that, because Nick Werber is a coach and not a licensed therapist, the legal confidentiality protections that apply to a therapist-client relationship (such as therapist-client privilege) do not apply to this coaching context. The Company will take reasonable steps to handle participant information thoughtfully, but you should not assume the same legal protections that apply in a clinical setting.
8. Payment Terms
By purchasing the Program, you agree to pay the full listed price at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
9. Access and Delivery
You will receive:
A confirmation email after purchase
A separate email with access instructions to the course platform
If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, you agree to contact support so we can assist you.
10. Recordings and Participant Materials
Live sessions may be recorded for replay access by enrolled participants. By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will be made available to current cohort participants and may be retained for use in future cohorts of the Program at the Company's discretion. The Company will not share recordings publicly without your separate written consent.
11. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are the intellectual property of Nick Werber Integrative Coaching LLC.
You agree that you will not:
Share, distribute, or reproduce Program materials
Record or redistribute sessions
Provide access to non-paying individuals
All content is for your personal use only.
12. Removal from the Program
The Company reserves the right to remove participants who:
Engage in harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward others in the Program
Present circumstances during the Program that, in the facilitator's reasonable judgment, indicate the Program is not the appropriate setting for them and that licensed clinical support would better serve them
If you are removed for the first reason, no refund will be issued. If you are removed for the second reason, a prorated refund may be issued at the Company's discretion.
13. Cancellation by the Company
In the event that the Company is unable to deliver the Program due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Company will either reschedule the affected sessions, provide equivalent recorded materials, or issue a prorated refund.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick Werber Integrative Coaching LLC and Nick Werber are not liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages
Emotional or psychological outcomes
Personal decisions made based on Program content
Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
15. No Guarantees
While the Program is designed to support meaningful personal change, we do not guarantee:
Specific results
Emotional outcomes
Relationship changes
Each participant's experience will differ.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Program or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version of these Terms became effective. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
